Gratitude

“The thankful receiver bears a plentiful harvest.”  William Blake 

Research shows that being thankful, appreciating what you have and showing gratitude to others is the path to happiness. No surprise! The holidays are the perfect time to show love and mend relationships. No, it’s not easy. In fact the hard work happens after the first steps are taken. But at least making a start is a way to start healing.
