The Underground Railroad wasn’t really a railroad, and it wasn’t always underground. Yet it was a dangerous journey for the escaped slaves wanting to be free, and the brave people who gave them refuge. 

Stops on the Underground Railroad still exists, and are open for tours. Read about thse Passages of Hope.
