It’s so easy to sit down and give up when you’ve been hit hard. The temptation to sink under the weight of self-pity is so tempting. But who wants to attend a pity party for very long?  I’m sure the people you’re going to read about at the link below have shed some tears and had sleepless nights. Yet they didn’t let their own situation keep them down or stop them from reaching out to others. They didn’t just bounce back really high, but they lifted others with them.
